Purple cloth boards with gilt titles on the front board. Spine faded, otherwise a beautiful sound copy, tight binding and clean throughout. A small closed tear to a page-edge (1/3 inch) else Near Fine. Small diamond shaped publisher's stick on the front endpaper. This is the first volume of poetry by the Quebec-born, University of New Brunswick professor (1905 - 1997) who became an Officer in the Order of Canada in 1978.
