This very large hard cover book (122 x 13 ¼ x 2 inches 267 pages) was published by Edita Lausanne dated 1964, and I believe this is the First Edition/First Printing. The book is bound in black heavy weave cloth with gilt titles on cover and spine and protected by a glossy pictorial dust jacket. As this list attests, the book includes more than 100 color photographs all tipped-in. It is nicely inscribed from Dimitri Kessel to Alfred Eisenstaedt on the title page. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket has a small chip out of the upper left-hand quadrant of the front cove and a good deal of light edge wear. The hard covers are generally clean but show some light blemishes to the finish (although the digital camera is much more critical than the human eye) and have been lightly bumped at the corners and spine tips.
