First edition, limited hardcover issue. Signed by the author under his pen name, inscribed to former owner, "a freind [sic] in need." 354 pp. Bound in publisher's green cloth with gilt lettering. Fine. No jacket, as issued. A semi-autobiographical novel of drugs, adult bookshops, and politics by a Corvallis man who would run for governor of Oregon in 1986, a self-described "marijuana-smoking pornographer on a mission from God." The adult bookstore owner/author writes about a "porn king" from Albany, Oregon with many similarities to himself and speculates on the wonders that legalization of marijuana and prostitution would do for the state.
