Near Fine in Near Fine dust jacket, lightly rubbed and worn at edges, spine a bit sunned.A very rare signature from American historian Christopher Lasch, who didn't often sign books before his death at age 61 in 1994. He is best known for the 1979 work The Culture of Narcissism. This book was his last, a still-relevant critique of progressivism and a defense of the populist tradition in America.
