Now in its 71st year, The Bookshop on the Heath is one of South London's oldest and last remaining second-hand bookshops. We offer a range of exciting out-of-print titles in most subject areas, including literature, art, history, travel, biography, guidebooks and local history volumes, with many signed first editions. We have an excellent selection of illustrated children's books and a variety of posters, original art, maps, prints, and other ephemera, including football and theatre programmes. We always welcome enquiries from anyone interested in good books. We have had significant good publicity in recent years and we were judged one of Britain's top 50 bookshops by The Independent newspaper in 2008 "An absolutely fabulous bookshop". Our shop was chosen by Kudos Productions in 2008 for location filming of two episodes of the BBC's award-winning spy series "Spooks" and features in one of ITV's 2010 episodes of "House Guest".
