Signed by author " To Mrs. Mary McNeill Fenollosa, with the cordial respect of the author Walter Hart Blumenthal New York, Oct 1925" A well worn quarter bound, 1st edition hardcover which has some color loss, water stains, shelf wear along the bottom edge which shows boards, lower tips have been bumped with boards showing, upper edge has a hard bump and rear upper tip has small portion missing with boards showing. Clipped dj has several small chips missing on front cover & tips, head of spine has a chip missing and rear cover has two large chips missing. 175 pages of text with no tears or writing.
