His career in technical support and training spans more than 25 years and has given him the opportunity to help everyone from home users to CEOs, from Hawaii to Europe. Steven Schwartz has been a computer-industry writer since 1978, in which time he has written 40 books and has published hundreds of feature articles and reviews for a variety of computer magazines. Steve lives in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
