Y en que se lee el parrafo riguz'ente: lo que con an sia y gusto he releido han sido las Memo rias de la Vida de Cervantes, en cuya ilus tracion estoy tan interesado como es no torio. Si ahora ocho o nueve años se hu bieran publicado me hubieran sin duda escusado infinidad de Trabajo y reñexio nes muchas me costó conjeturar que Do ña Catalina de Salazar podia ser de Es quivias grande trabajo certiñcarme de ello adquirir la partida de matrimonio, y otras noticias concernientes que incluí en la Vida de este autor presentada años hace á la Academia Española. La dilacion que ha habido en puhlicarla la celebro ahora para añadirle dos 6 tres noticias muy utiles que ignoraria sin la ilus tracion de Vm. Á quien doy muchas y muy cordiales gracias por ello.
