Robert Giloth, PhD., has devoted thirty years to community economic development and the nonprofit sector, most recently leading workforce development and family economic success efforts for the Annie E. Casey Foundation. He has directed community development corporations in Baltimore and Chicago, worked in the administration of Chicago Mayor Harold Washington, written widely about jobs and economic development.
