Well-known to many professional gastronomes, Pat is also the author of three hardcover cookbooks: The 15-Minute Chef, Tomatoes (From the kitchen garden to the kitchen table) and Corn. Pat shares her adventures in the culinary while traveling back and forth from her homes in New Jersey and Florida.
