Judith Van Ginkel is a Professor of Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and President of Every Child Succeeds (ECS), a $9.9 M home visitation program for first-time, at-risk mothers and infants. Dr. Van Ginkel initiated ECS with three founding partners: Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the Hamilton County Community Action Agency / Head Start. Judy was born in Charleston, West Virginia and grew up there. She has lived in the Cincinnati area most of her adult life; she now lives in the city of Wyoming, north of Cincinnati. Betsy Kyte Newman is a consultant in management education and career development. She specializes in career planning, mid-career change, and life transitions. Her previously published works include Retiring as a Career: Making the Most of Your Retirement, Getting Unstuck: Moving Ahead With Your Career, and Now That You Are All Grown Up, What Do You Want To Be? A Cincinnati native, Betsy has lived and worked in Boston and San Francisco; she now lives in Hyde Park.
