Formerly a psychic medium and an astrologer, Pastor Pam had a Damascus Road type of experience with the Lord Jesus Christ while she was an atheist. Converted in her livingroom on March 29, 1977, she was sent by the Holy Ghost to the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church in 1979 where she served as a local preacher, a pastor and an evangelist over a 22 year period. Along with her daughter, Zonnita Banks, she is the co-founder of Healing Waters Christian Center. As senior pastor of Healing Waters, Pastor Pam is also an anointed counselor and teacher of the word of God. With the completion of this work, she has stepped into the ministry of the prophet. She believes that like the prophet Hosea, her ministerial life is a living epistle, an indictment to the AME Zion Church in particular and the organized church, in general. Under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, Pastor Pam is also a spiritual warrior. As such, she has designed a unique deliverance counseling model for those who are bound by demons.
