Douglas Denys was born with congenital heart disease and is an ultra-distance runner, Ironman triathlete, and surgeon who practices Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Utah. He wrote Rhythm of a Runner to inspire others to overcome their own personal challenges so they may live a fulfilled life.
