Jack Ricchiuto is best known across the US and globally for his experience as a writer engaged in shifting conversations to new narratives. Jack’s writing spans a variety of topics including growing edge questions in engagement, leadership, innovation, positive psychology, the power of narrative, entrepreneurship, educational transformation, mindfulness, learning, change, network weaving and flourishing communities. Over the past 3 decades, Jack has worked in over 2 dozen industry sectors with 100s of organizations and communities. He has authored 14 books, worked as journalist with online and print business publications and is one of the original bloggers and early adoptor web designers. As a subject matter expert in engagement, Jack has supported organizations, universities, and communities across sectors including NASA, Chrysler, FedEx, Federal Reserve Bank, Smithers Oasis, US EPA, Red Cross, AT&T, Catholic Charities, Moen, University of North Texas, Cleveland and Detroit schools, University Hospitals, American Greetings, USDA, and leaders from several urban core and rural communities around the world. photo (8) He is the originator of the powerful Agile Canvas model that keeps groups continuously focused, realistic, aligned, inspired and productive in any kinds of collaborations. Jack’s 14 books include Collaborative Creativity, Accidental Conversations, Project Zen, Appreciative Leadership, Mountain Paths, Conscious Becoming, Instructions from the Cook, The Stories that Connect Us, The Enchantment of Casual Origins, The Joy of Thriving, Ordinary Eyes, The Agile Planning Field Guide, Abundant Possibilities and The Power Of Circles. His next book due 2014 will be Making Sense Of Time, followed by The Agile Kitchen. Since 1980, Jack has been designing and teaching leadership and professional development workshops and courses with a variety of campus and online undergraduate, graduate, and post-Doc programs including Kent State University, Harvard Kennedy School, UC Berkeley, and the University of Charleston. He is a mentor to faculty and curriculum designers. Jack’s undergraduate degree in clinical psychology is from John Carroll University and graduate degree in positive psychology is from Goddard College, Vermont. He lives in the Tremont community of urban Cleveland Ohio in the Great Lakes region.
