Thirty different dinosaurs are plucked from their respective time periods to roam the streets mingling with people, pets, cars etc. The young narrator, a boy, tells the reader a few facts about each antediluvian. A chart appears at the end of the book, describing facts about each dinosaur such as length, height, weight, diet, time period it lived in and location found. The author did the illustrations using a computer. His artwork is clever as well as stunning. His design makes the dinosaurs come alive and pop out of the page, often in a humorous way. The illustrations are truly beautiful. Children will enjoy the illusion of dinosaurs mingling with the contemporary world!-- (04/01/2014)

Dogs and people of all sizes and ages are in awe of the thirty species of dinos described in alphabetical order here. The dinosaur illustrations are accurate in relative size, shape and colour.
