Mr. Kiely was formerly CEO of a publicly traded REIT for twelve years, CEO of a publicly traded bank holding company, and CEO of a publicly traded real estate development and syndication firm, in addition to involvement in numerous private ventures.
Dan is the author of numerous books and articles on asset protection and is a frequent speaker on the subject; he delights in helping to protect those who are financially exposed.
Mr. Kiely’s contacts in the industry provide a constant flow of opportunity for investment. He received his Law Degree (JD) from Stanford University, where he was Business Editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law, and his BA from the University of Colorado.
