Clean, tight, and square portfolio with three elements: slipcase of grey boards with black titles on spine and front cover. 4" of top edge missing, and edges and corners are worn, but box retains structural integrity. Stiff paper wrap in grey was splitting along spine, now reinforced with Japanese rice paper on inside of spine. 48 B&W (complete set) gravures, each 9" x 12", depicting Mr. Akeley himself and his subjects, plus a four page introductory essay by Wilfred Osgood, and list of subjects. Most of the photogravures have tiny thumbtack holes at top two corners, and two have corners missing, 1/2" or less, not intruding on the image. The postal charges quoted are for an average-sized book. Due to size and weight of this item, additional postage may be required for non-domestic shipping. Buchnummer des Verkäufers 2080136957
