Buch
Hardcover. Zustand: Near Fine. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Good. First Edition, Limited to 2000 Copies. In this work is found the story of one man's life, told not from memory alone but by reference to personal correspondence and family diaries. The author does not consider it an autobiography, but rather a narrative of experiences encountered during that life. The period covered is from 1862 to 1947. Volume itself has light red cloth covers with gilt lettering on the spine. The outer and lower pages are deckled. There is some wear at the head and tail of the spine and at corners. Some pages in the work have not been separated, and it appears the book has never been fully read. It has been signed by the author on the back of the title page, opposite the dedication page; not personalized to anyone. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality Brodart cover. Dj has wear, tear and chipping at top & bottom of spine, at corners and along cover edges. The dj appears price-clipped at the bottom of the front dust flap. A 350 page book, including an index. Given its age, a quite presentable and acceptable author signed, copy, available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box. Signed By the Author.
