Soft cover. Zustand: Near Fine. Morris Scott Dollens, Neil Austin (illustrator). 1st Edition. Los Angeles: Roy Squires, 1952. Reviews and similar commentary on sci-fi within this issue are by Darrell C. Richardson; Clyde Beck; Carolyn Gaybard; Roger Scott, R.G. Medhurst, and the editor; some of the books they review are Arthur Louis Joquel III's "The Challenge of Space", Raymond J. Healy's "New Tales of Space and Time", Bleiler & Dikty's "The Best Science Fiction Stories: 1951", Stanton A. Coblentz's "After 12,000 Years", as well as Coblentz's "When the Birds Fly South", Arthur C. Clarke's "The Sands of Mars", and Sam Moskowitz's "The Immortal Storm". Many more titles are either briefly mentioned, advertised, or discussed. A classic issue from a fanzine classic from the golden age of sci-fi, replete with ads, sale and auction notifications, publications notices, and more - all focused on science fiction, fantasy and horror, by intent, but mostly on Science Fiction by execution at this time.
