The author Arizona Bill, was one of the very last of the old-time pioneers of the West in collaboration with B.H. Monroe he narrated his adventures, experiences and observations of an epoch in American history which has gone forever - "when there was no Sunday west of Kansas City and no God west of Fort Smith." A great read. Scarce in the original dust jacket.
