Buch
Soft cover. Zustand: Very Good. 45 pp. First edition. From the publishing house: At the beginning of this year, the article Time does not wait , signed by the teacher S. Zorin and engineer N. Alekseev from Leningrad, in Samizdat. This article was widely known as the Leningrad Program. The thesis is nominated in this work that "the scientific and technical revolution with necessity requires decisive democratization of the economic, and therefore political structure." The authors express the fear that the party-bureaucratic oligarchy, not finding a way out of internal contradictions, will try to look for a way out in the war. There will be no concessions and reforms: censorship and concentration camps, ugliness on the farm, robbery from the pockets of workers, the threat of war and terror - all this will be preserved while the strong -willed system of the country's management allows the leadership to successfully go to its main goal - military superiority in the world. . " - The authors of the article write. They do not turn to the "party bosses", but to the public forces of the country, to the people, and call for cohesion and struggle for political democracy: We need election, replaceability, publicity, criticism . This is possible only if there is a political opposition, freedom of parties and organizations, freedom of speech . It is necessary that everyone feels responsible for their country, for the fate of their children. Supporting this call, we publish the work of S. Zorin by N. Alekseev with a separate brochure.
