Muy buen estado, limpio sin manchas ni óxido. Nombre del propietario en s. XVIII en portada. Encuadernado en plena piel de época con tejuelo y bellos hierros en lomera. (Aulus Cornelius Celsus, fue un enciclopedista romano, y tal vez médico nacido en la Galia Narbonense. Su único trabajo conservado, los ocho libros "De Medicina", es la única sección que se conserva de una enciclopedia mucho más extensa (llamada Artes), fuente primaria de temas como dieta, farmacia, cirugía y temas relacionados. El "De Medicina" es uno de los mejores registros del saber de los médicos alejandrinos. Fue la primera obra médica antigua en ser impresa (Venecia 1478) y se convirtió en objeto de veneración de los médicos (y no médicos) humanistas del Renacimiento, quienes valoraron sobre todo la pureza de su estilo latino y la precisión de sus doctrinas médicas.
