First edition, mimeographed; the special issue, with a manuscript poem by Berrigan bound in at the back; in this copy, the two separated stapled sheets of paper holding the manuscript poem are separated from the book, owing to the fact that it was not placed in a plastic binder. The manuscript poem, "Old Moon", is signed by Berrigan. The hand-colored cover design is signed by Tom Clark. Fischer states that there were 15 special copies. Fischer, p. 56.
