Merom Klein and Louise Yochee Klein are Directors of the Courage Institute, a think-tank devoted to innovation leadership in Israel and North America, and Power Up Brilliance, a global business psychology, innovation leadership and business development consultancy. Power Up Brilliance equips innovation leaders at all levels to use the 5 Courage Activators as a formula for breakthrough problem-solving and can-do generative possibility thinking. They use gameification and action learning to equip leaders to break free of hierarchy traps, the bias against creativity, silos and cultural myopia - so their innovation task forces, product teams and post-M&A integration teams become living laboratories for innovation. Merom Klein earned his PhD at Temple University (USA) and Louise Yochee Klein earned her PsyD at Widener University (USA).
