Juran's Quality Improvement Tools Reference & Participant Training Kit is a proven, easy-to-use, and cost-effective system that enables teams to collect the right data, analyze it, and apply their findings to a project. This workbook was primarily designed for use in the context of a highly participative, instructor-led workshop. Each chapter (tool) is designed for about one half-day of classroom time.
