Dr. Ed Leach is an Assistant Professor, School of Business at Dalhousie University. Ed is an award-winning professor, an active researcher in the field of entrepreneurship and Director of the Norman Newman Centre for Entrepreneurship at Dalhousie University. Prior to academia, Ed was CEO of Fred C. Morrison Ltd (industrial supplies) for 13 years, and prior to that, was a commodities broker. Ed is also a Certified Management Accountant and very active in the provincial society (served as president and has taught several courses and workshops). Ed embodies a passion for business and management. He developed the undergraduate Principles of Management course at Dalhousie and encourages his students to make a difference as managers and as individuals.
Dr. Mary Kilfoil teaches principles of management at the undergraduate and MBA level in the school of Administrative Sciences at Dalhousie. She is an economist and has over 20 years experience as a Project Manager in the private sector.
