ARLEN GARGAGLIANO is the author of STCs "Mambo Mixers". She is also the coauthor, with Rafael Palomino, of several books that feature recipes for entertaining Latin style, including "Fiesta Latina" and "Nueva Salsa". A native New Yorker who has also lived in Spain and Peru, Gargagliano currently resides in New Rochelle, New York.
