Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
IAN K. SMITH, M.D. is the #1 bestselling author of The Fat Smash Diet, Extreme Fat Smash Diet and The 4 Day Diet. He is the medical/diet expert on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club and is featured in a weekly segment on The Rachael Ray Show. Dr. Smith is also the host of the nationally syndicated radio show Healthwise on American Urban Radio Networks. He is a former medical correspondent for NBC and for NewsChannel 4 in New York, where he filed reports for NBC's Nightly News and the Today show. In 2008, he created the 50 Million Pound Challenge for State Farm. He has written for a variety of publications, including Time, Newsweek and the New York Daily News.
