Many American schools continue to struggle with segregation. Allison Roda and Ryan Coughlan are both assistant professors of education in Molloy College’s Educational Leadership for Diverse Learning Communities Ed.D. program. Deirdre Dougherty is assistant professor of educational studies at Knox College.
