Kim Jørgensen is associate professor at Faculty of Health Sciences,Department of Nursing and Health Promotion Oslo Metropolitan University, Norway and Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Services Research User Perspectives and Community-Based Initiatives, University of Southern Denmark (SDU).
