Inhaltsangabe

Broadcasting Boundaries is a compelling exploration of family, ambition, and the evolving world of radio broadcasting. Set against the backdrop of a corporate-dominated industry, the story delves into the lives of Pete Smith, a seasoned radio presenter who joined radio when it was community focused programming, and his dislike of the branding-heavy, corporate culture, and his son, James, navigating the corporate chaotic world of Contemporary Hit Radio.

As Pete reflects on his legacy and grapples with generational divides, James finds himself entangled in manipulative relationships and an unrelenting climb to success often at the expense of personal identity.

A keen listener of British CHR radio, Thomas's love affair with radio came in the early 2000s, as a keen listener of Wolverhampton's Beacon FM. Now, 20 years later, still listening to radio as a preferred medium at Breakfast, Thomas, as a 30something, has started writing fiction set in the world of Manic Radio, a fictional radio station.
