The book provides new conceptual frameworks to understand good practice in the field of mobile learning. Dr Boris Handal is a Professor of Education at the University of Notre Dame Australia. He has taught in schools and universities in South America, Asia and Australia for over thirty-five years. Dr Handal is the author of over 100 publications including several books about the history of the Bahá'í Faith.
