Shin Yi Chew is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics at the Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Her interests include language acquisition and development, 21st century learning, computer-mediated communication and computer-assisted language learning.
Lee Luan Ng is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics at the Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Her current research interests include computer-assisted language learning, online learning, the use of computer assisted qualitative data analysis system in deciphering data in research projects as well as teaching and learning in higher education.
