Eventually, the researchers want to contribute to improving the efficacy and efficiency of organizations in order to increase the value to its stakeholders.

Dr. Khalid is a Professor at Abu Dhabi University/ The Military Programs in the United Arab Emirates. He received his Ph.D degree in Business Administration from Strathclyde University/UK and his M.phil from Oxford. He worked in different countries, published more than 60 papers in different reputable Journals.
