Chrispen Chiome is a PhD candidate & lecturer (Ed. Leadership) Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU). A member of Southern African Society for Educators (SASE), Education Association for Southern Africa (EASA)& Distance Education Association of Southern Africa (DEASA). He contributed to the International Handbook on Leadership for Learning.
