Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Food Technologist graduated from the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC) - câmpus Canoinhas (2017) and Specialist in Food Safety Management from SENAC (2020). She is currently a Laboratory Technician of the Food Production Axis at the IFSC - câmpus Canoinhas. She has experience in the area of Microbiology and Physical-Chemical Analysis of Food.
