Hardback. Zustand: Good. Florence Anderson and Clara Shirley Hayward (illustrator). Hardback reprint, 1920, with no jacket. In overall fair-to-good used condition with some minor signs of age, handling and storage - boards rubbed to edges with wear to spine head and tail. Binding tight and appears little read. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; toning to page-ends but text, colour plates (16 including frontispiece) and b&w illustrations bright and clear throughout. Photographs available. Hardcover. Zustand: Fair. First Edition. Lacks dustwrapper, boards are somewhat rubbed especially to top and bottom of spine, corners bumped. There is some light soiling and some rubbing to illustrations to front board and spine. Free front end paper is missing. No inscriptions although there is a small area of damage to front pastedown where a name may have been removed, no other inscriptions, all tipped in plates are present and undamaged although a couple have some light spotting. There is also some spotting at several points in the text. Good condition internally with little wear, front hinges has started to split slightly and webbing is exposed.
