Paper. Zustand: Very Good. First Edition. A handwritten and signed postcard by the playwright Alan Bennett. Dated 1989. 'Dear Mr Braybrooke, Alas no! And I'd be so happy to contribute if only to reassure myself I'd had some sort of beginnings. But I can't recall writing anything until I was twenty or so. I'd be happy to have written Andrew Young's lines now. But thank you for asking me and for the kind things you say about T.H. I'm now incarcerated in the West End. Best wishes with the book.
