Hänsel 1999, S.16f.) Projektorientierte Unterrichtsformen sind heute nicht mehr nur theoretisches Gebilde, sondern haben es zu institutioneller Praxis gebracht. Der Erziehungswissenschaftler Herbert Gudjons spricht bspw. von einem Siegeszug (Gudjons 2008, S.110) des Projektwochen-Unterrichts. Projektunterricht sei vielerorts unverzichtbarer Bestandteil der Schulentwicklung geworden und habe die herkömmlichen institutionellen Bedingungen einer Schule langfristig verändert. (Gudjons 2008, S.111) Der Projektgedanke habe sich sogar mittlerweile auch auf andere Lebensbereiche ausgedehnt (Vgl. ebd.).
