Paperback. Zustand: new. Paperback. At NSNW, awareness of safety-compliant behaviour is increasingly becoming a key focus for management due to the rising number of accidents in recent years. In order to understand which behaviours may have led to these accidents and how safety awareness can be fostered amongst staff, the causes of the accidents must be examined. This study has addressed this issue using qualitative and quantitative methods. Structured interviews were used to identify the reasons for unsafe behaviour, with a focus on personal protective equipment (PPE), across different hierarchical levels; this revealed discrepancies between regulatory requirements, management's expectations and reality. Furthermore, an attempt was made to identify the motivations behind unsafe behaviour and to propose measures to counteract it. The results show that the greatest need for action lies in the enforcement of regulations, the example set by line managers and, more generally, employees' understanding of and awareness regarding safe behaviour. Afin de comprendre quels comportements ont pu conduire a ces accidents et comment sensibiliser les collaborateurs a la securite, il est necessaire d'examiner les causes de ces accidents. Le present travail a aborde cette thematique a l'aide de methodes qualitatives et quantitatives. Des entretiens guides ont permis d'identifier les raisons des comportements contraires a la securite, en mettant l'accent sur les equipements de protection individuelle (EPI), a differents niveaux hierarchiques, et ont mis en evidence des divergences entre les prescriptions normatives, les attentes de la direction et la realite. En outre, on a tente de cerner les motivations a l'origine de ces comportements et propose des mesures pour y remedier. Per comprendere quali comportamenti possano aver causato tali incidenti e come sia possibile sensibilizzare i collaboratori in materia di sicurezza, e necessario analizzare le cause degli incidenti. Il presente lavoro ha affrontato questa tematica avvalendosi di metodi qualitativi e quantitativi. Attraverso interviste guidate sono state individuate le ragioni dei comportamenti non conformi alle norme di sicurezza, con particolare attenzione ai dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI), a diversi livelli gerarchici, rilevando discrepanze tra le disposizioni normative, le aspettative del management e la realta. Si e inoltre cercato di individuare le motivazioni alla base di tali comportamenti e di proporre misure per contrastarli. Um zu verstehen, welche Verhaltensweisen zu diesen Unfällen führen konnten und wie Sicherheitsbewusstsein bei den Mitarbeitenden erreicht werden kann, müssen die Unfallursachen betrachtet werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit hat sich dieser Thematik anhand qualitativer und quantitativer Methoden angenähert. Mit Leitfadeninterviews wurden Gründe für sicherheitswidriges Verhalten mit Schwerpunkt auf die persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) in unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen eruiert und dabei Diskrepanzen zwischen den normativen Vorgaben, den Vorstellungen des Managements und der Realität gefunden. Ausserdem wurde versucht, die Motivation für sicherheitswidriges Verhalten dafür abzufangen und Massnahmen dagegen vorgeschlagen.
