For this reason, this paper focuses on the evaluation model of the proper and comprehensive remedy for the SCEM system. However, SCEM system evaluation is a kind of multiple attribute decision-making problem associated with uncertainty and complexity, which requires considering a large number of complex factors as multiple evaluation criteria. To cope with this ambiguity and vagueness, a fuzzy logic approach is adopted and to achieve evaluation process a Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution integrated model demonstrated. A real life example is given to demonstrate the capability of the proposed model. 168 pp. Englisch.
