"Whereas Information upon Oath hath this day been made unto us John Bradshaw, George Lloyd and Peter Mainwaring Esquires three of his Justices of the Peace for the said County whereby it doth appear, that Ann Graves of Hollinwood in the Township of Oldham aforesaid spinster did on the twelfth day of July last past at Hollinwood aforesaid feloniously steal a quantity of wheat-flour or meal the property of Henry Booth of Hollinwood aforesaid carrier. These are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, strictly to charge and command you immediately on sight hereof to apprehend the said Ann Greaves and to bring her before us."
