Containing twenty four plates in colours, together with reproductions of marks and numerous illustrations. Gilt to upper fore edge. The book was originally perfect bound. According to a note slipped inside, it was rebound in 1975 in the original cloth casing - the only way you can tell that it has been rebound is that the end papers are newer and are whiter (less ageing) than the other pages. One neat stamp of Andre & Sleigh Ltd to half title page. There are no other stamps or marks. Light soiling to cloth covers in a couple of places. A very good, well preserved, clean, tight copy.
