Additional material is laid in at the front, including a 47-page stapled program description "MIT Lincoln Laboratory Advanced Electro-Optical Technology Program (WPD - S617)". The 8-1/2 inch high by 11 inch wide program includes a "Program Overview" by J. C. Chow, "Advanced CCD Technology for Visible / UV" by Barry E. Burke; and "Advanced Processing Technology for Step-Stare Sensor" by G. A.
