Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - ABOUT THE BOOKSANCTIFIED PRAYERS, a book written by a devout intercessor and prayer Warrior; Valaida Benson, extracts biblical principals describing communication between God and mankind. The author shares interesting experiences, and results gained from some of the author's prayers. The word SANCTIFIED is often misunderstood by many Christians. In fact, to some it is a denomination or a religion, a wearing of long dresses and a covering of the head, the lack of jewelry, the removal of make-up, and other unscriptural rules. However, sanctification is a privilege readily available to every child of God. It simply means: to be separated from the world for God's use; to be deemed holy; to purify from sin; to be conformed to the will of God. Of course, Jesus is the only One who did it perfectly, but sanctification is what sincere Christians strive to gain all of their lives. The tremendous impact of SANCTIFIED PRAYERS will help every believer understand the need to pray and intercede for others, to worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness, and to pray all kinds of prayer and supplication in the spirit. The book shows the awesome rewards of a great prayer life, both natural and spiritual blessings. Dr. LISKA COOPER, Asst. Pastor, Ambassadors for Christ Church, Detroit, Michigan says about SANCTIFIED PRAYERS: The necessity of prayer is laid out before you like a red carpet. Valaida reminds us that God speaks through His word in 2nd Chronicles 7:14 If my people who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. This promise alone should cause us to pray. Valaida Benson's testimonies are extremely encouraging and edifying. She starts at the age of six years old giving testimony about her illness and how the Lord miraculously healed her to go to Dance School, and become a dancer. The testimony of the Four Tops' covenant that kept them together for fifty years, sell millions of recordings, and become some of Motown's worldwide stars. There are testimonies to encourage everyone to pray! Pray! Pray! The bible declares that one can chase a thousand, and two can put ten thousand to flight. God answers prayer. Valaida has for utterly awesome prayer partners; God once called them Four Women at the Well. Having a prayer partner adds tremendously when faithful ones can be found. SANCTIFIED PRAYERS begins with the beginning in Genesis with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Thy disobeyed God, and Adam, being our first father, condemned us to death and sin. Only babies are exempt.until they grow up and become accountable. Valaida shows how Jesus came to become the propitiation for our sins, and have eternal life instead of death. A biblical example of Hanna is given to illustrate The Prayer of Petition. God granted her prayer; a baby boy, Samuel who became one of our most powerful prophets. It is a wonderful story. Valaida covers Praise, Meditation, and Worship synonymous to playing a musical instrument and dancing before the Lord among other methods. She hits every not well in describing praise and worship. She also makes it very clear the thing that breaks our fellowship with God. Sin. And she tells us how to get back in fellowship, and right standing with our Savior. There is a timeless quality in SANCTIFIED PRAYER which illuminates God's Word that we must be set apart to be used by Him as His Holy instruments to pray. Life and Death depends on believers getting on their knees, or prostrate before God's throne of Grace. However, God can use us in any situation or circumstance in which you find ourselves. The author shares with the reader how she, driving on the freeway, was led to exit and park. There in a parking space on the street she was led into profound intercessory prayer for several minutes. She notice the hour on the clock in the car. After returning to her home that day, she le.…
