There is a frontispiece of the author and a publisher's notice sewn into the title page as follows: "In consequence of the great advance in price of printing, paper and binding, the price of this book will be from this date be 1/3 net. London, October, 1916". Good condition. Publisher's list to rear. No dedications etc. Without jacket. Scarce.
