Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie sind, dass bereits in der Vorbereitungsphase von Verhandlungen unterschiedliche Herangehensweisen beobachtet werden konnten. Selbst während der Verhandlungsphase spielen einzelne kulturelle Unterschiede in der Kommunikation eine Rolle.
