There are excerpts from a number of previous publications as well as new material. This copy is sound but is lacking the map which is often the c…ase. There are 8 full page plates of scenes in the Adirondacks. The printer erred by including two plates of Lake Sanford and omitting a plate of Lake Colden. (I have seen another copy with the same error.). The lack of the map is reflected in the price. This is otherwise a sound copy with very minor wear to the spine. 82 pages.
