Faint pencil markings to front endpaper. Plates are lightly tanned. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Heavy markings and staining to front board and spine. Gilt lettering is darkened.…

Original bright yellow cloth, lettered in black, now a touch dusty at edges; small spot on front, another on rear; internally excellent. White photo-pictorial (Diana Kingsmill free skating) dust jacket, lettered in red and black; publisher's "4/6" sticker overlaying original "2/6" price on front; minor wear at corners, with short closed tear at top front; lightly dusty, especially along front fore edge.
