Lauran Paine wrote ten sf novels for Robert Hale Limited, one under his own name and the others using several pseudonyms, including ''Mark Carrel''. Robert Hale produced books primarily for the library market (still flourishing in the 1970s) and so most titles are very uncommon. This is the only edition of this title. Light spotting along top page edges, else a fine copy in a fine dustjacket (as new) but for just a little rubbing to rear (white) panel.
